STPM10BTR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)ipped up in a box. This package has the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) extension. It can be used as a Single Phase meter. Available in Surface Mount. There is a higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. Power is supplied by 3.165V~5.5V power supply, which allows it to operate. This device displays a voltage of 1.5V for high-level I/Os. It includes 20 terminations. This PMIC ANALOG CIRCUITIC is powerful. For this part, the normal voltage needed is 5V.
