STPM01FTR Overview
This package is packed in Tape & Reel (TR). 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. It is also capable of being used as a Single Phase meter. This product is available in Surface Mount. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~85°C. 3V~5.5V power supply is used to operate it. More similar parts can be found by searching STPM01. Its low-level I/O has a voltage of 0.8V. This device displays a voltage of 1.5V for high-level I/Os. The part includes 20 terminations. This is a powerful analog POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The part requires a normal voltage of 5V. The user should be aware that in order for this device to operate, it requires a voltage of 3V or higher in order to function. In order to keep the maximum voltage that goes to the device under 5.5V, the voltage should be kept as low as possible. There are 20 pins that are joined together. Logic gates can be applied to this 20 solution. As it's a Surface Mount device, it makes it easy to install and detach it. There are specialized needs associated with this Other Analog ICs. PMICs should be set to the 5mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally. Power supplies with 5V polarity are generally needed for this device. The memory chip can't run at a higher voltage than 6mA. A logic device with 1 channels has been implemented within this system.
