ST755CD Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 160kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -1.25V. DC DC switching regulator's 200mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the ST755 family. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 11V volts. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation. The maximal output voltage of -10.3V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 11V.
