ST1S31PUR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. There is a 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the ST1S31 family of products. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
