ST1S09IPUR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -30°C~85°C TJ temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the ST1S09 family. A voltage of 5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. For switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 800mV volts at all times.
