SN7447ANE4 Overview
Digital switch is provided in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) for the purpose of saving board space.Tube is the method used for packaging.As far as mounting is concerned, digital switch ic uses Through Hole.A digital IC Decoder is used as the analog component of the multiplexers.The operating temperature of 0°C~70°C will not be susceptible to external factors.Using a 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Since they are members of the 7400 series, they can be used in a wide variety of applications.As parts of its basic configuration, 16 terminations are desgined.As its base part number is SN7447, logic switch can also be used to find its related parts.The turn signal switch is supplied with a voltage of 5V volts.Signal switch has 16 component pins.In this case, Single is employed as the supply type.Currently, it is configured with 16 pins.I would like to refer to the logic switch as a member of the TTL/H/L family.In order to avoid unnecessary failures, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 5.5V.mux switch's normal operation requires the power supply of 5V.When a supply voltage of 5.25V is used, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.In addition, it provides improved features of RIPPLE BLANKING; LAMP TEST INPUT.
