SN7447AN Overview
Providing this information in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) enables digital switch board space to be saved.The package is packaged in the manner of Tube.Mounting is performed using Through Hole.As the analog part, the circuit uses an analog IC Decoder.By keeping the operating temperature at 0°C~70°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Design engineers have more flexibility when digital controlled switch operates at 4.75V~5.25V voltage.In addition to being a member of the 7400 series, these multiplexers have a wide range of applications.There are 16 terminations included in its basic configuration.Its logic switch base part number is SN7447 which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V volts.This turn signal switch has a total of 16 component pins.There is a type of supply of Single.The board has 16 pins configured.In the TTL/H/L family, the logic switch is included.It is provided that 5V has a power supply in order to function normally.There are 7 outputs designed to operate the turn signal switch.If the supply voltage is set to 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.This multiplexer has 4 inputs.Also, it provides an improved version of the characteristics of RIPPLE BLANKING; LAMP TEST INPUT.For higher switches' flexibility, 8mA is provided as an output current.
