SM802116UMG Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
