As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 2.7V of power.
