SI5345D-D07113-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
