SL23EP08ZC-1H Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 16 terminations found in the file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 220MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 2.7V of power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.3V for normal operation. There should be 2.3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. This is a clock generator compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number SL23EP08. PF synthesizers is equipped with 16 pins. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. Clock PLL is facilitated with 8 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. At 0.5 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew.
