SI9145BY-E3 Overview
In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Bulk solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 2.7V~7V and has a 2.7V~7V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -25°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 2kHz~2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Search for "SI9145" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Total pins of switching converter are 16. Statistically, DC regulator outputs 2.6V volts. A starting point for a project is to note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current, which is 200mA. As a result of this, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc must remain 100 % during power-up and power-down. In most applications and prototype designs, DC switcher is qualified as a Surface Mount. DC regulator's maximum frequency is 2MHz. Temperatures should be kept at -25°C or higher.
