SI9110DJ-E3 Overview
Capsuled in the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's9.5V~13.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control.
