SI9110DY-T1-E3 Overview
It comes in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 9.5V~13.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 40kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Reset. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
