SI9111DY-T1-E3 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 9.5V~13.5V volts and has 9.5V~13.5V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before.
