SI5342B-D11019-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. In this case, CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.
