SI5341C-A-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There is a 64 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 3V as its supply voltage. Clock PLL has 10 signal outputs to maximi10e output frequency. A supply current of 98mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
