SI5322-B-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 36 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.05GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer.
