CDCEL949PWRG4 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 230MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.7V~1.9V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
