PM8851D Overview
For greater flexibility, its SOT-23-6 package is used.Cut Tape (CT) is the form of the package.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The base part number PM8851 refers to a number of related parts.You mount it with Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 6 when designing the chip.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1A.The supply current should be kept at 40μA to ensure higher stability.
