PL602-26SC Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It is possible to find its related electronic parts by searching for the base part number PL602. A 8 pin is available on the clock PLL.
