PL602-23TC-R Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The SOT-23-6 package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 8 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock generator ic works with 2.25V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
