PL602-22TI-T5 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOT-23-6 package. This clock generator receives its inputs from HCSL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 125MHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.25V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. You can find related electrical components to the base part number PL602. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance.
