PL602-22TI-R Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the SOT-23-6 package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 6 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. This clock generator receives its inputs from HCSL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 125MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As long as you provide 2.25V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
