PL565-38QC Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 250MHz Max. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.97V~3.63V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number PL565. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Supply voltage 3.3V is what time clock generator can handle. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 3.63V is not acceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 2.97V. By operating at a frequency of 250MHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. In terms of load capacitance, analog clock generator is capable of delivering 5pF.
