PL500-37TC-R Overview
Cut Tape (CT)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the SOT-23-6 package. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There should be 2.25V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CMOS, TTL logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) component. PL500 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. The RF synthesizer features TRI-STATE; ENABLE/DISABLE FUNCTION; TR for improved clock signal output. At frequencies of 130MHz, RF synthesizer achieves high efficiency. In this case, we are referring to the load capacitance which is 15pF.
