PL500-15SI Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 18MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.25V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS, TTL logic that can be used with this clock generator. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) in this case. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number PL500.
