A total of 3 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use NCV809, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
