Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. Pin count of the power management is 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 550mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500nA is the recommended value. You can always use NCP303, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.3μA. This IC management's architecture supports 1 outputs.
