MC34164P-003 Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Through Hole mounts IC management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 3 pins. 3 pins are on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Through Hole. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 24μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by MC34164. To be able to work, this power management requires 3V volts of power. IC managements are rated to handle 30mA amps at a time.
