There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a General Purpose type op amp. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
