Its 39-PowerVFQFN package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 30V.As an analog IC, it utilizes SWITCHING REGULATOR.
