MPC97H74AER2 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape and Reel method. This clock generator is embedded in the LQFP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 52 terminations.
