MPC961CACR2 Overview
Embedded in the LQFP package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. PLL is designed with 32 pins. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Drivers device. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATE AT 3.3V SUPPLY. 17 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. A search for the 961 family will yield similar electronic components. A voltage above 3.465V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 2.375V. Logic circuits based on PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic use this electronic frequency generator.
