MC34063EBD-TR Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A Switch output current of voltage regulator. 40V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the MC3406 family of products. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 38V volts. There are 8 pins used for switching regulator operation. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.25V. The maximum output current reaches 1.5A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 38V.
