MC12093MNR4G Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML, ECL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. ECL is designed for clock generator's output. It has been classified as a Prescaler electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. There is a 8-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator.
