NB3N3020DTG Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There is a maximum voltage of 3.63V for this clock generator. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.97V~3.63V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
