Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
