Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations.
