MAX803SQ120T1G Overview
There are 3 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference in this IC power. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. 3 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TJ. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 800nA.
