MAX71315ECQ+ Overview
It was packaged in Tray. Package 100-LQFP. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. There is an option in Surface Mount. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~85°C at a higher temperature. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply used in this device. It has a voltage of 0.6V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. There is a voltage 2V on this device for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 100 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 12.5mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally. It can operate up to 10MHz Hz. 256kB is a memory size in this PMIC. There is a FLASH memory in the PMIC.
