Packged in Tray. The 64-LQFP package can be found here. This device can be used as a 3 Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. Check out 71M6515 for more similar parts. It includes 64 terminations. PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with high power. The normal voltage required for the part is 3.3V.
