Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. 120kHz~400kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 1.6V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
