It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER voltage regulator. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 10kHz. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin volts. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 15V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The regulator voltage is included in the Other Analog ICs subcategory of voltage regulators. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the ICL7662 family of products. Voltage can be produced at -20V volts by voltage regulator.
