LTC6994MPS6-2#TRPBF Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). Using the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is -55°C~125°C. A 8 tap/step configuration is provided. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number LTC6994. DUAL is the location of the terminals. The system is equipped with 6 terminations for a unique configuration. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 3.3V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it.
