LTC6994CDCB-1#TRMPBF Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring additional insulation, the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package can be used instead. As a result of the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V, reliable performance is possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C.
