LTC6994MPS6-2#TRMPBF Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -55°C~125°C. There are 8 taps and steps configured for it. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 6 terminations. During operation, 3.3V is provided with a supply voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used.
