The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. By utilizing the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 2.25V~5.5V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature.
