LTC6994HS6-1#TRPBF Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. By using the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 2.25V~5.5V. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is -40°C~125°C. There are 8 taps and steps configured for it. A number of related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 6 terminations. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 2.25V. It is acceptable for it to operate at the maximum voltage 5.5V. There is a power supply provided in 2.5/5V to ensure flexibility of operation.
