LM5117PSQ/NOPB Overview
With its 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. DC control operates at 5.5V~65V volts and has 5.5V~65V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz 480kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. A variety of 24 terminations are available in dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 48V.
