Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. DC control operates at 2.8V~5.5V volts and has 2.8V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz~1MHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount.
